US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer presented the four workstreams the US presidency of the Group of 20 (G20) has focused on over the course of the year: the weaponization of food, structural excess capacity and production, the Most-Favored-Nation principle, and forced labor in global supply chains.
Greer called for the major G20 economies to refrain from coercive actions on food trade, tackle industrial overcapacity and re-examine the prevailing post-World War Two tariff system, according to Reuters.
