At least 600,000 people were left without power in the Kyiv and Kharkiv regions after overnight Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
Zelensky said there was significant damage to 26 facilities of the power system and four in the oil and gas sector, and highlighted a targeted ballistic missile strike against infrastructure that he said should have been covered by the energy ceasefire announced on Sunday by US President Donald Trump.
