Member countries of the International Energy Agency (IEA) expressed support for accelerating the oil stock releases announced in the March 2026 Collective Action, aiming to complete them as soon as possible, the agency said.
About 325 million barrels of oil have been released under the March 2026 Collective Action, according to the IEA, which notes that some countries released greater volumes than they initially pledged.
