US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the war in Ukraine is at a dangerous stalemate, according to Reuters, in a text republished by Internazionale.

Rubio warned the escalation could become a sabotage campaign in neighboring countries that are members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). In an interview, he said he does not believe the war can be settled through negotiations at this time, according to The New Voice of Ukraine.
