US President Donald Trump said it was “possible” voters could punish Republican candidates in the upcoming midterm elections over the war on Iran, according to Middle East Eye.

Asked by reporters whether it was acceptable for Iran to have a nuclear weapon, Trump said that “100 percent of the people say no, including worldwide”.
