Supreme Federal Court (STF) Justice Alexandre de Moraes ordered on Thursday (08/10) the issuance of an arrest warrant against former federal lawmaker Eduardo Bolsonaro, who is in the United States (US), according to Opera Mundi.

The measure was ordered after the justice enforced Eduardo’s sentence of four years and two months in prison for coercion in the course of the proceedings. The sentence is to be served in a semi-open regime, according to Revista Oeste.
