The Organization of American States (OAS) announced a foreign delegation made up of representatives from at least three countries that will observe the vote on Sunday (4) in Brazil, when voters go to the polls for president, governor, senator and deputies.

According to the OAS, the delegation includes, among others, José Miguel Insulza, former foreign minister of Chile, and Eladio Loizaga, former foreign minister of Paraguay, according to G1.
