Iran’s Supreme Security Council secretary, Mohsen Rezaei, said Tehran will not reopen the Strait of Hormuz until the United States accepts Iran’s seven-point plan for a peaceful resolution, conveyed through Qatar in September, according to Sputnik Globe.
According to Rezaei, the United States responded to the conditions and accepted some of them, but its response to the rest was vague. He called the US response “insufficient” and said Iran is no longer responding to the Americans, according to The Jerusalem Post.
