London announced £45 million in surface-to-air missiles, including £10 million to be accelerated for Ukraine’s urgent winter needs, according to the Kyiv Post — the addition to Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to Downing Street this Wednesday (October 14, 2026), where British Prime Minister Andy Burnham hosts him.
