Iran's Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf responded to remarks by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, saying he will kneel before the Iranians.

Rubio had said on Wednesday that Iran has lost complete control of the waterway, pointing to the recovery in Gulf oil exports in September.
