Ukraine accused Elon Musk's SpaceX of limiting Starlink services and crippling its drones, as Russian missiles knocked out power stations in attacks President Volodymyr Zelensky called “ostentatious disrespect” to Donald Trump.

Zelensky's external adviser and expert in communications and unmanned systems, Serhiy Beskrestnov, said SpaceX limited the speed of Starlink satellite internet terminals used by the Ukrainian army overnight. In an interview with NPR, Zelensky said the US warned Ukraine that it could suspend intelligence sharing and that his generals reported being notified of that possibility at the military level.
