Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Moscow launched a targeted strike on a power plant in Kharkiv, causing further damage to the country's energy system, and that Russia violated the “energy ceasefire” announced by US President Donald Trump, according to the Jerusalem Post, citing CNN.

In a post on X, Zelensky said Ukraine has not carried out strikes on Russian oil refineries or the energy sector in general in the two days since the announcement.
