Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Director Sergei Naryshkin on Wednesday described his contacts with the leadership of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as good, Sputnik reported.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe visited Moscow on August 25 and Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the trip was related to contacts between the intelligence services. Since his appointment in January 2025, Ratcliffe has maintained regular contact with his Russian counterpart, SVR chief Sergei Naryshkin, The Moscow Times reported.
