Secretary of State Marco Rubio said he would not directly tie the removal of the B-1s to the incident, according to Al Jazeera. Five British nationals were arrested near the base on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts and released on bail; a sixth man, a dual UK-Iranian national, was also released on bail, according to Al Jazeera.
