Russian President Vladimir Putin said the offer to transfer part of Iran's enriched uranium to Russia remains on the table and that everyone had initially agreed, according to TASS.

Putin also said he hopes the Strait of Hormuz will reopen and sanctions on Iran will be lifted, according to the agency.
