Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said that Tehran will take the legal case over the US strike on the Shajareh Tayyebeh school in Minab to foreign courts.
According to him, the school was hit three times by missiles in the early hours of February 28, 2026, in what Tehran describes as the start of the joint US-Israeli aggression against Iran, and 168 people died, mostly schoolchildren, along with a number of parents and teachers.
