US President Donald Trump called Kim Jong-un a friend and played down North Korea’s nuclear arsenal, according to Al Jazeera.

The remarks came in Washington on Tuesday in reply to a question about why North Korea could have nuclear weapons but Iran could not, according to Al Jazeera.
