Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said Ukraine is ready to consider India’s proposal for a ceasefire in energy and the Black Sea, but only in that combination, and that it is the broadest of the four proposals received.

The initiatives came from India, Turkiye, Egypt and the United States, Sybiha said. Russian President Vladimir Putin said Indian Prime Minister Modi has “very good ideas” aimed at finding mutually acceptable solutions.
