Yemen’s government said on Tuesday, October 6, that its forces are inflicting heavy losses in personnel and equipment on the Houthis in southern Taiz, according to the Middle East Eye.

The fighting is taking place on the Al-Salw front, south of Taiz, with government-aligned troops backed by popular resistance forces.
