Israeli authorities barred British journalist Secunder Kermani from entering the country on Sunday, in a clampdown on international journalists reporting on the country, according to Middle East Eye.

Kermani said he had just arrived in Tel Aviv for coverage ahead of the Israeli elections and was only then told that the authorities were denying him entry to the country.
