The Russian embassy in Belgium warned NATO that the alliance’s policy on Russia’s Baltic exclave of Kaliningrad heightens the risk of a direct military confrontation.

The diplomats said Russia has the means to repel potential aggression and stands ready to deploy its entire available arsenal of weapons, according to TASS.
