Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali slammed as a figment and campaign rhetoric US President Donald Trump's allegations that Iran can destroy Los Angeles and San Diego, according to TASS.

Jalali said Iran's military doctrine is clear, responsible and based on defense and deterrence and that the country has never initiated any wars, according to the same source.
