At least five people were killed in the long-range strikes exchanged by Kyiv and Moscow, Al Jazeera reported, and Russia again urged diplomats and foreigners to leave the Ukrainian capital.

Russia said its drones had hit the two bridges used to transfer Ukrainian troops and military cargo, the BBC reported.
