Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said that at least one person was killed and another wounded in a Russian drone attack on a Turkish-owned civilian vessel in the Black Sea.

According to him, Azerbaijani and Indian citizens were on board and the ship’s captain was killed, with eleven crew members rescued and one of them injured; the fate of one other person is still being established. Romanian authorities said, according to AFP, in a text republished by RFI, that two crew died and 11 were rescued after a fire caused the ship to sink.
