Russian President Vladimir Putin said Moscow would consider using all weapons at the country's disposal in the event of a direct attack on Russia, including Kaliningrad, according to Bloomberg.

The Hindustan Times also reported the warning about using all types of weapons if Kaliningrad is attacked.
