North Korean leader Kim Jong-un personally supervised the launch of an intermediate-range strategic missile, which according to KCNA flew 1,000 km before hitting its designated target, Sputnik reported.
The Russian state agency TASS registered that the North Korean hypersonic missile hit a target 1,000 km away.
