Russian strikes killed eight people across Ukraine on Sunday, according to France24, with AFP, a day after Moscow vowed to pursue the war.

Three people, including a 16-year-old girl, were killed in a strike on a children’s centre in the northern city of Sumy, according to Interior Minister Ivan Vyhivskyi. France24 also reports that three people were killed in night-time strikes on the southern Zaporizhzhia region and a Russian drone strike killed one man in Kyiv, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky. Zelensky said Russia launched more than 2,200 attack drones, around 1,650 aerial bombs and 38 missiles over the past week.
