Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said the country will double down on attacking Russian oil refineries in response to a new policy of airstrikes by Moscow, according to CNBC.
Zelensky said intelligence documents show an order from Vladimir Putin to expand attacks on infrastructure, logistics, roads, schools and hospitals to pressure civilians into leaving cities, according to ABC News. According to him, Ukraine's response will target Russian energy, especially refineries, without indiscriminately attacking civilian objects, according to The Independent.
