Presidential adviser Serhii Beskrestnov confirmed that SpaceX imposed overnight on October 13–14 a speed restriction on Starlink terminals in motion in Ukraine, capped at 100 miles per hour (160 kilometers per hour) and hitting the StarShield military package without prior warning, according to the Kyiv Independent.

The restriction severely disrupted several Ukrainian military missions, the same adviser said.
