British counter-terrorism police arrested a 27-year-old man in Westminster on Thursday on suspicion of preparation of terrorist acts under section 5 of the Terrorism Act 2006, according to The Guardian.

The detainee is a UK-Iranian dual national and the arrest was made in connection with the incident at RAF Fairford, according to Counter Terrorism Policing, quoted by the BBC. A second man, 26, a UK national, was questioned under caution.
