Mohammad Mokhber, an adviser to Iran’s supreme leader, said the Strait of Hormuz will not be opened until the country’s problems are resolved, according to the IRNA news agency, cited by TASS.

Mokhber added that Tehran is “changing its strategy in proportion to changes in the adversary’s strategy.”
