Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that negotiations have no meaning with an enemy that resorts to assassination, sanctions, pressure and threats and breaches its commitments, in a statement made on Monday during a meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in Tehran, according to the Tehran Times.

Pezeshkian criticized the United States for launching attacks on Iran and then calling for negotiations, and said Iran had been attacked three times after engaging in talks.
