The Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms said that actions by Houthi forces killed at least five civilians and wounded more than a dozen others over the past 24 hours in Taiz, where an attack on Tuesday morning hit a hospital and left at least one person wounded, according to the Middle East Eye, which cites the state-run Saba agency for the hospital attack.

The Yemeni government warned of an “imminent health and humanitarian catastrophe” in besieged Taiz, after the Houthis captured Mocha and, by October 4, At Turbah, cutting the last main road to government-held areas, according to Al Jazeera, which cites Yemen's Health Ministry for the warning.
