Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said Pakistan and Qatar continue to serve as intermediaries between Iran and the United States and that Tehran and Washington continue to exchange communications, according to TASS.
He said Iran is reviewing US proposals for a seven-day plan to restore security in the Strait of Hormuz.
