Russia’s deputy prime minister, Alexander Novak, said on Friday that Ukraine has resumed attacks on Russian oil refineries after a brief pause and warned that the strikes could reduce the diesel exports Moscow has planned, The Hindu reported.

Novak also said Russia had shipped around 510,000 metric tons of diesel in October under the deal and plans a higher amount in November, around 2.15 million metric tons.
