At least 21 people have died, five are missing and five others have been injured in Nepal after four days of torrential rain triggered floods and landslides, according to authorities.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA) attributed 14 of the deaths to landslides, four to floods and three to continuous heavy rainfall. Around 3,000 people were moved from high-risk areas, 260 homes were completely destroyed and another 80 partially damaged.
