Vladimir Putin’s envoy Kirill Dmitriev said Russia and Germany could jointly restart the Nord Stream gas pipeline, sabotaged four years ago, according to TASS, citing his post on X.

Dmitriev was commenting on a proposal by Tino Chrupalla, co-chairman of the Alternative for Germany (AfD), to conduct an international probe into the sabotage and insist that the two pipelines be repaired and reopened.
