Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan used his address at the United Nations (UN) General Assembly to call for serious international cooperation to protect freedom of navigation and said the regional security framework should be “comprehensive”, according to Middle East Eye.

He also supported initiatives aimed at de-escalation, particularly efforts by Qatar and Pakistan, saying they can help restore regional stability.
