TV channels 12 and KAN and the newspapers Haaretz and The Jerusalem Post said it was a one-day visit to meet President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Two sources confirmed that Netanyahu flew to Abu Dhabi on a private plane Sunday morning and returned to Israel that evening, according to the World Israel News, citing Channel 12. The Prime Minister’s Office declined to disclose further details about the meeting.
