The Donetsk regional government department for recording Ukraine’s war crimes said Ukrainian armed forces carried out 31 attacks on settlements in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, wounding one civilian, according to TASS.

Three residential buildings, passenger cars, specialised machinery and three civilian infrastructure facilities sustained damage, the statement said.
