Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez condemned the U.S. oil blockade at the UN General Assembly as an “act of collective punishment”, saying Cuba remains open to dialogue with Washington on the basis of sovereign equality and without preconditions, on the same Saturday that Donald Trump said at the White House that “Cuba and us will make a deal” and that he does not think the military will be needed.
