Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russia may agree to a transfer of S-400 missile systems from Turkey to a third friendly country, but that no such requests have been made so far, according to the Russian state news agency TASS.

He also said Moscow believes the Anchorage summit yielded an agreement and is still ready to go back to it.
