The World Food Programme (WFP) warned that the “truly desperate” humanitarian crisis in Yemen will only get worse with the renewed conflict, according to the Middle East Eye.

The programme’s deputy country director said it has lost access to more than 800,000 people who were reliant on its assistance until last month.
