Two Saudi Air Force officers died when an AH-6i reconnaissance helicopter crashed in southwestern Najran province, according to the Saudi-led coalition’s spokesman, Major General Turki al-Maliki, cited by RT.
Yemen’s Houthis claim they shot the aircraft down. According to the Saudi authorities, the helicopter crashed because of a technical malfunction, and Riyadh did not comment on the group’s claims.
