US intelligence sharing for early warnings of Russian attacks is working again, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday in Oslo.

Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre said US envoy Steve Witkoff is due to travel to St. Petersburg to present Russia’s leadership with proposals drawn up during the Oslo talks. The Kremlin said it hopes Witkoff will brief President Vladimir Putin on those talks in the coming days.
