Drone attacks left about 200,000 families without electricity in Dnipro and the surrounding region and more than 80,000 families in the Kyiv region, according to Interfax-Ukraine.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russian Shahed drones struck a combined heat and power plant in Kyiv and four electrical substations in the Dnipropetrovsk region, according to UNN.
