France is working with allies on a forward deterrence plan involving the creation of new infrastructure, communications, early warning, intelligence sharing and deployments of nuclear-capable Rafale jets, which the UK, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark have joined to varying degrees since March, according to The Jerusalem Post.
