A car was deliberately driven into a group of people in Neustadt am Ruebenberge, a town in northern Germany near Hanover, shortly before midnight on Monday, leaving four to five people with injuries ranging from minor to severe, a police spokesperson said, according to Reuters, in a report published by WHBL.
