Russia is discussing the creation of a port and logistics hub on Africa's east coast as part of the International North-South Transport Corridor, Ryabkov said, according to TASS.

“In particular, we are discussing establishment of a Russian port transport and logistics hub on the east coast of Africa as part of the International North-South Transport Corridor,” he said.
