Jasper Nathaniel and Andrey Kharzhanovsky, activists who are also journalists and assist Palestinians in the West Bank, were arrested by police overnight Wednesday in the South Hebron Hills after footage showed them being attacked by two settlers, at least one of them armed, the Times of Israel reported.

Police said Thursday they had received a report of a clash in the area in which two Israeli citizens were attacked, and that police and Israel Defense Forces (IDF) troops arrested an Israeli citizen and a foreign national. No settlers were reported arrested.
